Role of Classroom Communication in Human Development and Nation Building

The study is an expression of the researchers many years in the classroom, teaching, instructing and mentoring students at both university and polytechnics. With the far reaching experiences manifest in observations, the researcher link human development and nation building trajectory, to knowledge gained from the classroom interaction and communication. Essay, in narrative and descriptive form, was used to really bring out the authors observations in real life story. The researchers, felt that it’s apt to appreciate the obvious contributions of classroom communication to whatever a graduate is, and level of national development, in all aspects. The study concludes that without classroom communication, knowledge, experience, skills and ideas could not be transferred, transmitted, imparted from generation to generation, therefore, it could mean no human development and no nation building agenda. So, the study strongly respect each other for proper teaching and learning to take place.
