This review article examines the convergence of agile governance, digital entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence as foundational drivers of organizational innovation and adaptive management in contemporary workplaces. Through a systematic synthesis of current literature, the paper explores how agile governance frameworks enable organizations to respond dynamically to technological disruption while maintaining strategic coherence. The study investigates the critical role of AI-powered tools in facilitating real-time decision-making, enhancing employee engagement, and accelerating innovation cycles. Furthermore, it analyzes how digital entrepreneurship cultivates intrapreneurial mindsets that propel organizational adaptability and competitive advantage. The findings reveal that successful organizations integrate these three dimensions through coherent governance structures, inclusive decision-making processes, and ethics-grounded digital transformation strategies. The paper addresses key implementation challenges, including algorithmic bias, skills gaps, and organizational resistance, while providing evidence-based recommendations for practitioners. Ultimately, this research contributes to emerging scholarship on responsible innovation management and identifies pathways toward creating sustainable, human-centric AI-enabled workplaces that balance technological efficiency with organizational resilience and stakeholder value creation.
